Your skin may be too dark for

treatment.

Refer to the Skin Chart at the

beginning of this manual.

You didn’t use the Skin Tone

Sensor correctly.

The Skin Tone Sensor isn’t

working.

You cannot use the i-Light

REVEAL device with your skin

tone. Please contact your local

service centre.

If the Skin Tone Sensor (ashing

orange light) isn’t rmly

touching the skin, the device

will make a rejection tone. Try

pressing the Skin Tone Sensor

rmly against the skin.

Please contact your local

service centre.

Problem Possible Cause Action

Dirt or debris is stuck to the

Flash Window.

The device needs to be cleaned. Follow the cleaning instructions

provided in this manual.
